Return & Refund Policy

  • Timeframe: Customers have 30 days from receipt of order to initiate a return.
  • Condition of Products: To qualify for a return, products must be unopened and in their original packaging. We cannot accept returns for items that have been opened or used.

  • Refund Process: Once we receive the returned products and verify that they meet the return criteria, we will process the refund to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please allow 3-5 business days for refunds to be processed and 5-7 days for the refund to appear on your card.
  • Exchanges: At this time, we do not offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, we kindly ask you to return the item following our return process and place a new order for the desired item.
  • Non-Returnable Items: We are unable to accept items that have been opened, used, or tampered with in any way.

Shipping Policy

  • All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • We DO NOT ship to P.O. Boxes.
  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
  • Shipping rates for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
