Timeframe: Customers have 30 days from receipt of order to initiate a return.
Condition of Products: To qualify for a return, products must be unopened and in their original packaging. We cannot accept returns for items that have been opened or used.

Refund Process: Once we receive the returned products and verify that they meet the return criteria, we will process the refund to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please allow 3-5 business days for refunds to be processed and 5-7 days for the refund to appear on your card.
